Girl, don’t wash your hair! No, seriously though. The longer you can go the better! (But please still shower everyday lol) One of the best things you can do for your hair is not wash it everyday! The less heat the better, so if you can make your curls last for days that is ideal! Don’t worry, it took me awhile to train my hair, and now that I can three plus days without washing I have never looked back. What’s better than a shower cap to keep your locks from getting wet?
