A few weeks ago I told you guys I was going to try these out for headaches, and report back. Little did I know I would be dealing with kidney stones just a few weeks later and trying to hydrate like crazy. I was so happy to have these on hand! First off, they work really well. I feel like there was a noticeable difference for me. Headaches didn’t totally disappear, but were significantly improved. The first time I tried it I didn’t love the taste. It wasn’t awful, but for sure not my favorite. I’ve grown to really like it though and have no problem drinking them now. Overall, awesome product! A really great one to keep on hand for emergencies or in your 72 hour kit!
