Start with a comforter! (Duvet’s are the worst! Trust me!) I love the new Casulana line at target. They have soooo many good basics. The more simple, the better. That way, when you’re sick of some of the other items down the road they are easy to replace. (like pillows and art.)

EVERY woman needs a full length mirror. I cannot tell you how nice it is to be able to check to make sure things are in place, look good, tucked in, etc before you leave. Plus, I’ll let you in on a little secret… It makes your room appear bigger too. Win win

A good piece of artwork or photography can make or break a room. I love this cute and affordable picture of a Joshua tree. It’s nice when you get one that isn’t too crazy expensive, so if you want to switch it out, you won’t feel bad!

I never understood the power of a good rug until now! Having a good quality rug for your bedroom is the best way to feel like a put-together adult. This rug is great quality and pretty colors! I have a king size bed and the 7’10x10 fit perfectly in my room.
